*Please note that although our recycling service is completely free we do charge a £15 collection fee to collect your old appliance.

📋 Important Checklist Before We Arrive

To ensure our team can safely and swiftly remove your old appliance, it must be fully prepared before our arrival. Please ensure the following:

1. Disconnected & Unplugged: The old appliance must be completely disconnected from all electrical, water, and gas mains. (Note: If you have also purchased our Professional Installation service, our team can handle standard disconnections for you).

2. Defrosted & Drained: All fridges and freezers must be completely defrosted and wiped dry. Washing machines and dishwashers must be fully drained of sitting water.

3. Empty: Please ensure all food, clothing, dishes, or personal items are removed from the appliance.

4. Clear the Path: Ensure walkways, staircases, and doorways are clear of trip hazards so our team can safely move the unit outside.
